Our Team

At Continental Management, we have a wealth of in-house expertise, which allows us to provide distinctive training programs and specialized services that other companies typically outsource. Our organization has specialized departments in legal services, accounting, security management, facility team, and compliance training, which reduces operating costs by decreasing the expense of outside vendors and consultants.

Compliance

Compliance with State and federal guidelines and those detailed in the regulatory and Section 42 of the IRS Code are of the utmost importance for properties with subsidy. Our compliance team at Continental ensures that all documentation is in compliance with HUD/MSHDA criteria for that property.

Continental’s highly trained accounting team members maintain financial record-keeping, budgets, accounts payable, and accounts receivable for the portfolio.
